Corrections

Corrections should be visible.

A possible error should reach an accountable adult route. A material change should identify what changed and why.

There is no dedicated correction form or published correction SLA yet. The general contact route is for non-urgent, non-sensitive reports only.

Report clearly

What helps us identify a possible error.

Useful details

  • The public page address.
  • The exact sentence, image, control, data statement, or behavior in question.
  • Why it may be inaccurate, unsafe, inaccessible, out of date, or outside its stated scope.
  • A public source or reproduction step, when available.
  • A way to reply only if you choose to provide one.

Do not include

  • A child’s real name, diagnosis, photographs, medical or school records.
  • Assessment responses, therapy notes, provider records, or account secrets.
  • Safeguarding details or information about immediate danger.
  • Sensitive information about another person without an approved reason and secure route.

Material changes

What a correction record should contain.

Affected item

Page address, title, product or content version, and the date the issue was confirmed.

Previous statement

A concise summary of the previous claim or behavior, without repeating harmful or misleading language unnecessarily.

Change and reason

The new wording or product change, why it was required, and whether the item was corrected, withdrawn, or replaced.

Accountability

The decision owner, scoped reviewer where applicable, completion date, and whether affected users or partners required notice.

Current status

The operational register is not yet public.

Use the right route.

Use the adult contact route for a non-urgent public-site report. Use the accessibility page to understand what is helpful when reporting a barrier.
