Terms for using Nurturevia

These terms apply to the account-free website, family tools, guidance, and released Play experiences available today.

Subscriptions, accounts, professional software, research participation, provider discovery, booking, payments, and care services remain inactive and would require additional terms before activation.

Plain-language product rules

1

Adult responsibility

The public family guidance is written for caregivers. An adult should decide whether a tool or child Play activity fits the setting and provide supervision appropriate to the child and device.

2

Current service

The current service includes public pages, a Transitions Path, an account-free First–Then Board, a visual Transition Countdown, and Play experiences only when their exact version is released. It does not include a subscription, provider marketplace, booking, payment, clinical service, or active professional account product.

3

Everyday support, not professional advice

Nurturevia offers general play and practical family tools. It is not an emergency service, diagnostic test, medical or mental-health treatment, or substitute for individual advice from a qualified professional.

4

Safe use

Do not use a visual tool to withhold a basic need, medication, comfort, safety, or urgent help. Stop using an activity when it is unsafe, increases distress, or no longer fits the moment.

5

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse contact routes, or use the product in a way that harms another person or violates applicable law.

6

Availability and change

Features, content, routes, and Play experiences may be corrected, paused, withdrawn, or replaced as quality, safety, and operational needs change.

7

Feedback and contact

Questions or product feedback can be sent to hello@nurturevia.com. Do not send urgent or sensitive clinical information through ordinary email.
