This notice describes the current Nurturevia website, account-free visual tools, released Play experiences, device preferences, and email contact routes.
Accounts, professional software, research participation, provider discovery, booking, payments, and care services are not active and are not covered as available features by this notice.
What the current surfaces do
First–Then Board
Words and picture choices stay in the open page. They are not written to browser storage or sent to a Nurturevia server by the tool. Printing uses your browser’s print flow.
Transition Countdown
The selected time and countdown state stay in the open page. They are discarded when the page closes or refreshes.
Optional “What we tried” note
The four factual choices stay in page memory and may be printed. There is no name, free text, mood, symptom, score, or automatic interpretation.
Released Play experiences
A released game may save its progress and settings in local browser storage on that device. It does not require a child name or account. Clearing browser data can remove that progress.
Accessibility and sound preferences
High-contrast and sound-mode choices may be saved in local browser storage so the same device can remember them.
Contact
Choosing an email route opens your mail application. The information you send is handled by your email provider and the current Nurturevia product inbox.
What is not part of the current service
- No adult or child account is needed for the released Path, tools, and Play experiences.
- No child profile, diagnosis field, assessment result, or mood journal is requested by these tools.
- No public chat, stranger contact, marketplace booking, payment, or clinician sharing is part of the current journey.
- No ordinary game result is treated as a mental-health score or clinical conclusion.
- No advertising, behavioral advertising, session replay, or product-analytics tracker is added to the current public experience.
Infrastructure and requests
Hosting, security, and network infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timestamps. Those systems may keep operational logs under their configured security and retention controls. Nurturevia does not use this request information to diagnose a child or build a hidden profile from game behavior.
To ask a privacy question or request correction or deletion of information you intentionally sent through contact, email hello@nurturevia.com. Do not include a child’s medical records, assessment answers, school reports, photographs, or urgent safety information.
