Urgent help

Get immediate help from a service equipped to respond.

Nurturevia is not monitored as an emergency, crisis, medical, or safeguarding-response service.

If someone may be in immediate danger, needs urgent medical care, or there is an immediate safeguarding concern, use the appropriate local emergency or crisis service now.

Act now

Choose the service that matches the immediate need.

Immediate danger

Contact the emergency service for the person’s current location or go to the nearest emergency department. If it is unsafe to call, move to a safer place if possible and seek help from a trusted adult nearby.

Urgent medical need

Use local emergency medical services, an emergency department, or another urgent medical service able to assess the person now.

Immediate child-safety concern

Use the local emergency, child-protection, or safeguarding service responsible for the person’s current location. Do not send identifying details through Nurturevia contact or correction routes.

Crisis or severe distress

Use a current local crisis service or urgent mental-health service. If the person already has a clinician or care team, follow the urgent instructions that team provided.

Why no phone-number list

Urgent resources must be locally owned and kept current.

Do not wait here

Nurturevia routes cannot triage or respond in real time.

Do not use the contact page, correction route, ordinary Play, a family tool, or a future professional inquiry to report immediate danger or seek urgent guidance. These routes are not continuously monitored and do not provide clinical assessment.

Nurturevia cannot determine from a game, tool, message, or website visit whether a person is safe or which emergency response is clinically appropriate.
