Keep the report safe

Do not create a second incident while reporting the first.

Do not send sensitive records

Do not email child names, diagnoses, photographs, school or clinic records, assessment answers, passwords, tokens, private keys, or full database contents.

Do not test with real people’s data

Do not access another person’s account or information, change records, persist access, disrupt service, use social engineering, or test production with child data.

Keep evidence minimal

Use redacted screenshots, synthetic examples, the affected route, device and browser details, and the least invasive steps needed to explain the concern.

What to include

A concise report is easier to understand and contain.

Useful report fields

  • The affected Nurturevia URL or product surface.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • Safe, minimal reproduction steps using synthetic information.
  • Device, browser, date, and whether the issue still occurs.
  • A redacted screenshot only when it adds necessary context.

Please avoid

  • Public disclosure of exploit details before the issue can be understood and contained.
  • Threats, extortion, service disruption, automated scanning, or denial-of-service testing.
  • Claiming guaranteed payment, acknowledgement, safe harbor, or disclosure timing.
  • Using the route for ordinary product support or urgent personal safety concerns.
