Future workspace ideas

What a professional workspace could include.

These are concepts. Each one requires pilot testing, permissions, support and security review before release.

Appointments and families

Coordinate schedules, caregiver contacts, consent status and follow-up tasks inside a clinic workspace.

Assignments and worksheets

Send an approved activity with its purpose, expected time, caregiver role, stop rule and review date.

Review between visits

See what a family chose to share, such as whether an activity was opened, stopped or completed, alongside a caregiver note.

Records and export

Make each destination visible, including what Nurturevia stores, what stays with the clinic and what can be exported or deleted.

Assessments with controls

Consider only original or licensed measures, with the correct version, language, qualification rules and scoring rights.

Roles, referrals and booking

Separate clinic permissions from any later provider directory, referral, booking or payment service.

Tell us which workflow matters most

Please do not send client or patient information.

Possible workflow

Assign one activity and review what the family chose to share.

Any future workflow must keep caregiver observations and professional decisions tied to their source.

  1. 01

    Prepare

Confirm the purpose, expected time, caregiver role and stop rule.

  2. 02

    Assign

Send the reviewed activity with instructions the family can understand.

  3. 03

    Share

Let the family decide what factual status or note returns to the workspace.

  4. 04

    Review

Record the professional decision and export what belongs in the clinic record.

Records

Make every data flow visible.

Clinics should know exactly what Nurturevia stores, exports and deletes.

No Google Drive, Google Workspace, EHR or client-document integration is active today.

  1. Start with controlled exportCreate an approved summary for the clinic’s existing record workflow.
  2. Test the smallest useful integrationUse clinic-controlled systems, minimum permissions and a tested way to revoke access.
  3. Approve storage before using itDefine consent, access, encryption, retention, deletion, recovery and incident response first.

Questions

What you can do today.

Review public products or contact us with feedback. Professional onboarding and client work are not available.

Can I create a professional account?

No. The professional workspace is still a product concept.

Can I enter client information?

No. Do not send records, diagnoses, assessment answers, photographs or identifying care information through this site.

Will game activity appear in a clinical dashboard?

Public play stays separate. A future workflow could include only assigned activity and information the family agreed to share.

Could records connect to Google Drive?

A clinic-controlled Google Workspace integration is one option to evaluate. It would not remove Nurturevia’s responsibility for data it handles.

Will there be assessments and booking?

Both are future possibilities with separate licensing, qualification, verification and safety requirements.

Professional collaboration

Tell us how you work between sessions.

We want to understand where assignments, caregiver handoffs, follow-up and records take unnecessary time. Please do not include client information.
