What is this for?
Play, caregiver guidance, practical tools, professional workflow, clinical care, and research are different intended uses. A useful Play activity does not need a clinical claim to be worthwhile.
Evidence labels
A specific label for every intended use and claim.
Nurturevia does not apply one “research-backed” badge to the whole platform. A label belongs to one version, purpose, and bounded statement.
These definitions explain the vocabulary. They do not award a label to any product, page, or activity.

What supports this exact statement?
The evidence label describes support for a named claim about a named version. It does not change the product’s intended use.
Evidence vocabulary
EV0–EV5 are scope labels, not medals.
Play-tested
A named version has completed defined usability, enjoyment, accessibility, or safety checks with a described group.
Limit: It does not show that daily functioning or a health outcome changed.
Expert-informed
A named, appropriately scoped person has contributed to or reviewed a defined content version.
Limit: Expert input is not a trial, platform endorsement, or outcome guarantee.
Protocol-linked
The exact activity maps to described steps or principles from a named source or protocol.
Limit: A link to a protocol does not prove that this product produces the protocol’s outcomes.
Feasibility-supported
A named study or evaluation found that a defined workflow could be used as planned in a stated setting.
Limit: Feasibility is not evidence of treatment effectiveness.
Evidence-supported
An exact claim is supported by appropriate evidence for the named version, use, population, comparison, and outcome.
Limit: The support does not automatically extend to another version, group, outcome, or product.
Regulated
A defined intended use is subject to an applicable regulated-product authorization or status that is stated precisely.
Limit: Regulatory status is not a ranking, guarantee of personal fit, or endorsement of unrelated Nurturevia content.

Not established
The result does not show that attention, intelligence, development, or daily sequencing changed.
Not a clinical conclusion
The result cannot identify a condition, recommend treatment, or establish a clinical outcome.

Required scope
Product or content name, exact version, intended use, claim text, population or audience, evidence level, sources, limitations, owner, reviewer where applicable, and review date.
